clean room central location
The room was very clean throughout my entire stay. Regular room service provided fresh towels daily and complimentary chocolates each evening. I also found the location ideal, with the point shopping mall just a short walk away. It offered easy access to various food and shopping options.
The gym does not have complimentary water available.

excellent location many options dinner options rude staff check-in issues unresolved problems
The location is excellent. The hotel overlooks Valletta. Breakfast had many options. There were also options for lunch and dinner nearby.
I had issues at check-in. Some reception staff seemed rude. The hotel didn't resolve the problems I had . I WOULD not return.

lovely view great location
I stayed in a sea view room. It had a lovely view of the waterfront and Valletta, the capital. The breakfast had something for everyone with all tastes catered for. I found it to be one of the best I have had. The ferry to Valletta was about a 5 minute walk. This was a great location with everything in easy reach.

excellent stay with nice service
excellent location helpful staff clinically clean room five-star features
I had a first visit and i would return. the hotel location is excellent, i found everything i needed easily. staff were very helpful. They upgraded my room for my wife's birthday. rooms were clinically clean. They had everything i expected from a five-star hotel.
I found the elevators confusing. no one tells you to enter your floor number after the doors close. Many people get stuck, going up and down aimlessly. (it was a bit comical though.)

friendly staff great location high cost connected carpark
the staff were very friendly and approachable. beautiful views from outside exist, specifically the valetta skyline. i would book again. the location is great. the staff are helpful.
two bottles of water cost seventeen euros. i think it's a bit too much. we needed to walk in the rain to the hotel. the hotel does not have a connected car park.

mixed feelings about the hotel
poor seating unclear statement
the breakfast had a lot of options and was always fully stocked.
The pool situation was not ideal. Hotel guests are treated like they are less important at the pool area and often are seated far from the pool in undesirable locations. it was necessary to reserve sunbeds a day in advance, and these were frequently unavailable for hotel guests. this was not clearly stated on the website, and i was not told this upon arrival.

crowded sunbeds unpleasant music
I must say, the outdoor pool situation was a HUGE letdown. Apparently, it's not actually part of the hotel! You have to book a slot 24 hours in advance. If you manage to get in, expect to be crammed onto sunbeds. It felt less like a relaxing pool day and more like attending a REALLY loud, crowded pool party. The music? ugh. The disco that went on ALL DAY LONG was SO annoying!!!
